A VERY SIMPLE CONSCIOUSNESS METHOD

Some days, everyone wants something from me.
And yes, I know myself well by now — Level 53 comes with a certain calm.
But still… sometimes it’s the mirror and I.
Just us. And silence.

As a teen, I barely looked. Vanity (=Eitelkeit) was frowned upon.

Only much later did I learn:
✨ Loving your reflection isn’t vanity. It’s self-love.

YOU DON’T NEED a new outfit, a new cream.

You just need a moment.
And a kind word to the person in the mirror.
